Hi, I'm Sympathy.
From growing up in Chitungwiza to leading food manufacturing enterprises, hosting flagship broadcasts on 3Ktv, and mentoring African women writers across the continent, my life's mission has been defined by one core conviction: storytelling is not merely art—it is a catalyst for economic independence, healing, and legacy.
Whether I am on stage delivering a keynote address, ghostwriting memoirs for visionary leaders, or expanding Amandla Brands, my mission remains constant: helping individuals and organisations articulate what they have lived, learned, and built.

Sympathy Mangwenya is an award-winning Zimbabwean entrepreneur, 3Ktv broadcaster, published author, executive ghostwriter, and project management consultant. Her work spans agribusiness, media production, female economic empowerment, and literary publishing across Africa.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Amandla Brands, Sympathy spearheaded a premier food manufacturing enterprise producing natural organic peanut butter and wholesome African snack lines. Her entrepreneurial vision earned her the prestigious CBZ Youth Entrepreneurship Programme (YEP) grand award, establishing her as a champion for local value-addition and youth enterprise.
In broadcasting, Sympathy serves as the flagship television host of "The Dose" on 3Ktv, where she engages top business leaders, policymakers, and innovators on economic transformation, female empowerment, and sustainable growth.
Through the Women Writers Support Network-Africa (WWSN-Africa), which she established in 2021, Sympathy has mentored thousands of female writers, publishing anthologies and creating platforms for African women to heal, publish, and achieve financial independence through literature.
Twice honored as one of the Top 100 Influential Leaders in Zimbabwe (2023 & 2024), Sympathy regularly delivers keynotes at international conferences, consults for non-profit initiatives, and assists corporate executives in preserving their legacy through ghostwritten memoirs.
